How to Order
Accessing the Website
To start selling, buying or exchanging your coins through the NGRCash platform, visit https://ngrcash.com and click the “Register” link or the “Login” button from the top-right section of the website. If you are on a mobile device or small screen, click the hamburger icon on the top right corner of the website to see the “Register” link and the “Login” button.
Register
On the “Register” page, fill in your details on the registration form and click the “Register” button under the form.
Login
On the “Login” page, input your registered email address and your password, and click the “Login” button.
Email Verification
When you log in for the first time, you will see a screen asking you to verify your email. On the screen, click the “Resend Verification Email” button, and check your email “inbox” and “spam” folders for a verification email from NGRCash.
On the email, click the verification button or link provided on the same device you are tying to log in on. Once you click it, your email will be verified and you will be logged in to your personal dashboard on NGRCash.com.
KYC: Account Verification
On your dashboard, you have access to buy, sell, exchange currencies, manage your profile information, as well as see records of your previous transactions.
However, before you can start making transactions, we need to verify your personal information. On the top left area of your dashboard, you will notice that your account is tagged as “Unverified Account”. To change this, click on the “Verify Now” button. And, upload your information and means of identification as specified on the “Verification Request” page.
Buying, Selling and Exchanging Currencies
The process of buying, selling and exchanging currencies are similar. While of the Buy/Sell/Exchange currency pages, you will see a form where you can select the coin that you wish to buy, sell or exchange. As you fill the form, the system will automatically calculate the equivalent amount of the coin you will receive. Ensure to provide valid of the wallet and account where you would like to receive your funds in, so that we can credit you.
Transaction Summary
After you click the submit button on the Buy/Sell/Exchange currency page, your order will be saved and you will be redirected to a “Transaction Summary” page where you will see a breakdown of your transaction, payment instructions on NGRCash account that you should pay into, as well as options to upload your proof of payment. In case you have sent your proof of payment to us via WhatsApp, click the “I Sent My Receipt via WhatsApp” button.
Please note that you are expected to credit the designated NGRCash account for each of your transactions, within 30minutes, using the information we provide for each of your order, on its transaction summary page. After payment, ensure to upload your proof of payment (receipt), using the form on your transaction summary page. Once this is done, the status of your order will change from “Pending” to “Awaiting Confirmation”.
If you do not upload your receipt for a particular transaction within the 30minutes time frame, that particular transactions will be canceled and you can reorder it.
